Privacy Policy

Documents and local storage

The app stores scanned pages, recognized text, notes, drawings, signatures, stamps, folders and settings on your device. Document scanning and OCR use on-device Apple frameworks. We do not operate a document-upload server, and the app does not send document content to AdMob.

Camera and imported files

Camera access is used to capture documents. You choose photos or PDF files to import. Permission can be changed in iOS Settings.

Sharing, backups and deletion

You decide when to export a PDF, text file or backup and when to share it through iOS. Shared or exported copies are handled by the service or recipient you choose. Move documents to Trash to remove them from the active library, or delete them permanently there. Removing the app removes its local library; copies you exported or included in device backups may remain. There is no app account to delete.

Advertising and consent

The app uses Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform. Their SDKs may process IP-derived general location, device identifiers when available, advertising and interaction information, and diagnostic or performance data for ads, analytics and consent functionality. Collection and ad personalization depend on permissions, applicable consent choices and SDK behavior.

Consent choices are presented where required. When available, use Ad Privacy Options in the app’s Settings to revisit those choices. We do not send your document images, OCR text, file names, signatures or stamps in ad requests.

Support requests

Support uses GitHub Issues. Information you submit there is public and governed by GitHub’s privacy policy. We use reports to respond to issues. Do not post confidential documents, signatures or sensitive personal information. GitHub issue reports are separate from the document library on your device.

This website

These support pages do not include advertising or an analytics script. These pages are hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process connection and security logs under its privacy statement. Links to other services are governed by their policies.
