GitHub sign-in is required. Reports are public. Do not attach private photos, passwords, account details, facial images or sensitive personal data. Describe the issue without personal information.

Include your device model, iOS/iPadOS version, app version and the steps to reproduce the problem. Do not include serial numbers or device identifiers.

Saving and sharing

If saving fails, check photo permissions in your device Settings and ensure storage is available. Try PNG or JPG and a smaller resolution. Export preview and the selected resolution determine the output; 4K does not add details that are absent from the original.

AI and beauty tools

Use a clear, well-lit photo with the face or body visible. Background removal is designed for supported photos of people. Object removal works best with small selections and simpler backgrounds; detailed textures may need another attempt. Compare the result before applying it.

4K and advertising

4K requires completing an optional rewarded video for that export. Ads may be unavailable depending on connection, region, consent or ad service status. You can use other available export resolutions without waiting for an ad.

Drafts and deletion

Saved Drafts lets you resume or delete a local project. Disable Auto-save in Settings to stop new automatic drafts. Delete exported images separately in Photos and wherever you shared them.

Privacy choices

Open Settings → Privacy Policy in the app. Settings → Privacy Options is available when required by your region and consent configuration. Read the full Privacy Policy for photo processing, metadata and third-party advertising information.
